Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Zest Digital Strategy provides digital strategy, SEO, web, funnel, content and related services as defined in each project proposal or retainer agreement. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately. I reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside my area of expertise.

2. Proposals & Agreements

Every project starts with a written proposal. Work begins only after written approval from the client and receipt of the deposit. Verbal agreements are not binding.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.

3. Payment Terms

Project-based work: 50% deposit required before work starts. Remaining 50% due upon delivery.

  • Monthly retainer: Billed at the start of each month. Non-refundable.

  • Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.

  • Late payments (beyond 14 days) incur a 5% monthly fee on the outstanding amount.

  • All prices are in EUR unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Work may be paused or withheld until outstanding payments are settled. I reserve the sole right to make this decision.

  1. Revisions

Each project includes one round of revisions unless otherwise stated in the proposal. Additional revision rounds are billed at my daily rate (€600/day or pro-rata). I define what constitutes a revision versus a new request. If revision requests exceed the agreed scope, I will notify the client and issue a new quote before proceeding.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, access, feedback and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may impact the project timeline. I am not responsible for missed deadlines resulting from late client input.

6. Intellectual Property

All work created by Zest Digital Strategy remains my intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client. I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

I will not share confidential business information provided by the client with third parties. In return, the client agrees not to share my proprietary processes, templates or strategies with competitors or third parties.

8. Termination & changes

Either party may terminate an agreement with 30 days written notice. For monthly retainers, termination takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for work already completed or in progress. I reserve the sole right to terminate any collaboration immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive behavior, or breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability

I deliver strategy, execution and recommendations to the best of my ability. I do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue figures or search engine rankings. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Amendments

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued collaboration after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
